Allegiance Property Management is a participant of Equal Housing Opportunity.  All rental applications will be evaluated on the following key points – 

INCOME

We require a gross, combined household income of at least 3x the monthly rental rate.  (Ex.  Rent is $1600/mo. Household income must be $4800)

CREDIT

Credit is evaluated on a sliding scale

620+  |  Generally approved without exceptions*

580 – 620  |  May be approved with exceptions*

580-  |  Does not meet minimum requirements

CRIMINAL HISTORY

Allegiance Property Management does not accept any persons with convicted felonies related to property damages, fraud, or that are sexually violent.   All other misdemeanors & felonies will not disqualify an applicant.

RENTAL HISTORY

We will ask applicant’s current landlord & previous landlord to complete a Rental History Verification form

A previous eviction or outstanding balance with another landlord will disqualify an applicant

PERSONAL REFEFERENCES

Applicants will be asked to provide (2) personal references

 

*Exceptions are always made on a case by case basis.   If an applicant does not meet the minimum standards, some potential exceptions can be: increased security deposit, increased rent, and/or a co-signer/lease guarantor.
